Privacy Policy — MadaiOps

MadaiOps ("we", "us"), operated by Madai Tecnologia LTDA, provides a mobile app for trading and monitoring Binance USD-M perpetual futures. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account email — for sign-in and account identification (handled by our auth provider).
- Binance API credentials — the API key and secret you choose to connect. Stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); only your key's last 4 characters are ever shown back to you.
- Trading settings and configurations — leverage, order size, stop/target preferences, and your saved config profiles, so they sync across your devices.
- Order activity — records of order requests you make through the app, for audit and support.
- Device information — a push notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic device/app details needed to deliver the service.
- Approximate country — used only to choose a sensible default app language. The app may infer this from your device region or an IP-based country lookup; it does not request precise location access.
We do not collect your Binance withdrawal ability, and we recommend connecting only API keys with withdrawals disabled.
How we use it
To authenticate you, execute the trading actions you request, sync your settings, send notifications you opt into, and operate and support the app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Service providers (processors)
We share data only as needed with providers that run the service on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Vercel — API hosting
- DigitalOcean — the whitelisted server that relays orders to Binance
- Binance — the exchange your orders and balances come from
- Expo (EAS) — app updates and push notifications
- ipapi.co — approximate country lookup used for the initial language choice when device-region information is unavailable
Security
API credentials are encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. No security is absolute; you are responsible for keeping your device and exchange keys secure.
Data retention and your rights
You can delete your account and associated data from Settings in the app. You can also request access or deletion by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
Children
MadaiOps is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
