Terms of Use — MadaiOps

These Terms govern your use of the MadaiOps app, operated by Madai Tecnologia LTDA ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. What MadaiOps is
MadaiOps is a software tool that connects to your own Binance account (via API keys you provide) to display market data and account information and to submit trading actions you initiate. We are a software provider, not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in the app — including scanners, signals, charts, or any suggested setup — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are yours alone.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading leveraged crypto derivatives (perpetual futures) is high risk and can result in the rapid loss of your entire balance, and in some cases losses beyond your initial margin. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance does not indicate future results.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your device, credentials, and exchange API keys secure. We recommend connecting API keys with withdrawals disabled.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your connected accounts.
- You must comply with Binance's terms and with all laws applicable to you, including any restrictions on derivatives trading in your jurisdiction.
5. Availability and accuracy
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Market data, balances, and calculations (including estimated liquidation and risk figures) may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and order execution may fail or be delayed. We do not guarantee uptime or results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madai Tecnologia LTDA is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app and disconnect your keys at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
