- Connecting a Binance account — create API keys in Binance with futures enabled and withdrawals disabled, then add them under Wallets in the app.
- Charts or data not loading — check your connection and that your API keys are still valid; pull to refresh.
- Account or data deletion — email us from your account address and we'll remove your account and associated data.
